Aden in 3 words: Helpful, Courage, Respectfully

Aden Stairs is an active student involved in theater and cross country, balancing creativity and athletics with discipline and teamwork. His career interests include joining the military, becoming a teacher, or working in the restaurant industry, all of which reflect his willingness to serve, lead, and contribute to others’ lives.

Aden is most inspired by his mom, who first introduced him to the opportunities in ROTC and encouraged him to pursue it. He credits Mrs. Cagle as his most influential teacher, since she placed him in ROTC where he has found both success and motivation to push himself further.

After high school, Aden plans to attend boot camp and continue his path toward military service. He describes himself as helpful, courageous, and respectful—qualities that guide the way he interacts with others and approaches challenges.

Aden values the strength of his community in its ability to come together as one. He also appreciates how Jackson works to improve its environment, creating a healthier and stronger place for everyone. In his role, Aden sees himself as an idea creator, negotiator, and promoter—someone who not only brings forward ideas but also advocates for them and helps others get involved.

With his determination, courage, and respect for others, Aden is preparing to step into leadership roles that will allow him to make a lasting impact on his community and beyond.

“I’m involved in theater and cross country, and I like being part of activities that challenge me in different ways.”
