Dashawn Taylor is a dedicated junior involved in JROTC and FFA, experiences that have built his leadership, discipline, and commitment to teamwork. His career interests include joining the military, pursuing a medical path as a doctor, or exploring real estate. Each reflects his drive to grow and serve others while creating a successful future for himself.

Dashawn draws his greatest inspiration from his parents, who continually push him to become better in many ways. He also credits his JROTC instructor and his English III teacher as highly impactful mentors who have guided and supported his development both academically and personally.

After high school, Dashawn plans to either attend college full time while working part time or pursue his goal of joining the military. He describes himself as nice, mindful, and respectful, qualities that shape the way he engages with others and supports his community.

He recognizes the strength of the Jackson community in its ability to come together and address challenges. In his own role, Dashawn sees himself as a strategy setter—someone who thinks ahead, plans carefully, and helps create effective solutions. With his respectfulness, determination, and thoughtful approach, he is preparing for a bright future in leadership and service.
