Randall Moffett
Mentor, West TN Risk Mitigation Specialist
Randy grew up outside of Detroit, but then moving to West TN in elementary school. He graduated from high school in 1991 being an active member in his community, church, and various athletic teams. He went to MTSU and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1996. While there, he joined Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. That greatly shaped his love of service, leadership, and community.
He was married some time later and began a family. He has two daughters, and both are now seeking their MBAs. As his children grew, Randy went back to school and received a Masters in Seminary. A few years later, Randy moved his family to Jackson in 2005 after taking a position in ministry at a local church. After numerous promotions he oversaw a large church staff with hundreds of volunteers, continuing his love to pour into others.
As several years went by, he went back to school again and received his MBA from UU. He ended up teaching there in an adjunct role for 8 years, furthering his joy of spending time with students and assisting them shape their futures.
Currently, Randy works as the West TN Risk Mitigation Specialist in the non profit space for a company in Arkansas. He is very active in community service projects and leadership organizations in Jackson-Madison County.
Outside of work, he thoroughly enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, traveling as much as possible, collagen football, going to church, and serving his community.
