“Mentorship is more than just sharing what we know—it’s about being present, listening, and walking beside someone as they grow. When we invest our time and experiences, we help shape futures, build confidence, and inspire lasting change. I believe it’s our responsibility to support the next generation. The saying ‘It takes a village’ goes far beyond a cliché—it’s a reminder that we’re all connected, and we’re stronger when we lift each other up.”
